1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77dc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 77dc online casino and sports betting services available at 77dc.app and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 77dc platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

77dc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond a platform-wide notification. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 77dc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of 77dc or any of its partner studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed for cause by 77dc.

77dc uses identity verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all players. You may be required to submit a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 77dc will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money wagering features on 77dc, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 77dc at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any secondary accounts discovered will be permanently closed, and any balances or winnings held in those accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 77dc will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77dc support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77dc platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77dc supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by 77dc, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77dc does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges which are beyond 77dc's control.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete and no active holds on the account. 77dc aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Each approved withdrawal carries a unique transaction reference number that both the player and the support team can use to trace the payment status.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

77dc operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposits made to a 77dc account must originate from a payment source that is owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited. 77dc reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where AML concerns cannot be satisfactorily resolved.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

77dc periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories (such as low-margin table games) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are published per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

77dc employs sophisticated detection tools to identify patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome; using automated software to complete wagering requirements; and exploiting technical errors or misquoted odds to derive unearned value from bonus credits.

5.3 Forfeiture

77dc reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and any winnings derived from a bonus where it reasonably determines that bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, or any other form of fraudulent or deceptive conduct has occurred. Such determination is made at the sole and final discretion of 77dc, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 7 below.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

The 77dc game library is powered by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By launching any game, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, fishing games) use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. 77dc does not have the ability to alter or influence the outcome of any certified RNG game.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. In the event of a technical disruption (stream failure, dealer error, connectivity loss), bets affected by the disruption will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published disruption policy. 77dc will communicate any such resolution to affected players via their registered account email within Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, and basketball — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a suspended or abandoned event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the 77dc sportsbook. 77dc reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77dc platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game or to exploit a shared strategy that disadvantages the platform or other players.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim bonuses, circumvent exclusions, or avoid identity verification.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen payment credentials, disputed card transactions, or any payment source not lawfully owned by the account holder.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or mobile money provider after legitimately using funds on the platform. Any confirmed chargeback will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Money Laundering: Using the 77dc platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, misprinted odds, or system malfunctions to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, using forged documentation, or misrepresenting your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

77dc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required time frame.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under 77dc's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure or asset freeze.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 77dc account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification and wagering conditions have been met.

8.2 Balances on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended or closed by 77dc due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, 77dc reserves the right to forfeit the balance in part or in full. Players who dispute a forfeiture decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision notification.
